Electrical and mechanical work of OLMT successfully passes the completion confirmation
Lahore, July 15, 2020: With Punjab Mass Transit Authority (PMA) and NESPAK-CEC’s strong support, the complete acceptance of E&M works undertaken by CR-NORINCO for OLMT have been confirmed and signed by Owner’s representatives on July 13, 2020. The project is currently being handed over by full support from CR-NORINCO, under a unified arrangement with PMA.
The satisfactory confirmation and signature of quality work have helped in initiating the handover process. Following ideal handover conditions, the project will smoothly proceed towards the public launch of the Orange Line Train. The 27.1km long line will be Lahore’s first metro and landmark strategic project as part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) initiative.
