Finding a property
Do I need an account to browse properties?
No. You can search listings, view property details, explore approved agency profiles, and contact sellers without creating an account.
How can I contact a property seller?
Available contact options appear on the property listing. Depending on the seller's information, you can send an inquiry or contact them directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Does PakFeatures own or sell the listed properties?
No. PakFeatures is a marketplace that connects property seekers with individual owners and estate agents. Any transaction takes place directly between the relevant parties.
Are property details guaranteed?
Listing information is provided by sellers. PakFeatures provides moderation and reporting tools, but you should independently verify ownership, condition, pricing, documents, and other material details before making a commitment.
Listing a property
Who can list a property?
Individual owners and professional estate agents can register as sellers. Choose the account type that accurately reflects how you operate.
Is it currently free to list?
Yes. Launch access is free through January 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Pakistan Standard Time. It will not convert automatically into a paid plan, and no payment method is required during this period.
How many properties can I list?
During free launch access, individual sellers can maintain up to 2 concurrent listings and estate agents can maintain up to 50. Other limits, including image allowances, depend on account type.
When will my listing become visible?
Approved sellers can publish new listings directly. Account and listing controls may restrict content that does not meet marketplace requirements.
Accounts and trust
What does seller verification mean?
Verification is a marketplace trust signal about the seller account. It is not a guarantee of a property, title, transaction, or legal claim, so buyers and tenants should still perform their own checks.
How do I report a listing?
Open the property page and use the report option. Select the most relevant reason and submit the report so the marketplace team can review it.
Can I save properties or create a buyer account?
Not currently. Buyer accounts, saved searches, and favorites are not part of the current release, but all public listings can be browsed without signing in.
How can I get more help?
